Client Requirement:
A rationalisation of internal IT resources meant that in-house Eurex support skills were in sufficient. As part of a review process and impending office relocation, the client decided to outsource the support and management, with the aim to improve on the current infrastructure and service level.
Solution:
ENS performed an initial systems audit of the Eurex production systems. An existing unused server was utilised to complete a MISS pair, adding resilience in the longer term but giving the facility to test Eurex connectivity in the new office location. On the weekend preceding the relocation the live server was moved over to the new site and seamlessly into the new production environment.
The client then benefited from the following services post relocation:
